How We Started
The dream of GG’s Pastry Shop was born in our own kitchen, where Griselda, a lifelong Mount Airy resident, began baking for her family and church. With the support of her husband, also a self-taught pastry baker, and the encouragement of their two children, the vision quickly grew. Together, we turned passion and practice into a welcoming bakery for our neighbors and friends.
